I recently took my BlackBerry 9900 in for repairs at Boksburg HVRC, i was then given a new (Re-Furb) handset as my damaged phone was still under warranty
As of Friday 2013/12/13 to this very day, 2013/12/19 i have been phoning MTN Insurance to update my insurance but there is never an answer on the other side but MTN music, I was and still am on hold as i am typing this complaint and it has been 45mins already
I always hang up at every 30 Mins intervals and try again with no succees, I have also tried 808 with no luck as well but MTN MUSIC
On Thursday 2013/12/18 after work i even went to MTN SP Menlyn, I was then told by the lady who is the entrance taking the details that i would have to wait an average of 45Mins to and hour since the queue was long, i then requested the form to update my info and the lady simply told me that, that form is printed by the consultant and i must wait, i waited for about an Hr, I eventually left since i had other things to attend to
My question now is, should this phone get lost or be damaged how will I be able to claim from the insurance as the current IME no. does not match the one that is insured? very frustrated
