I accepted two small loans from fnb constantia kloof roodepoort fnb. last year.
i called 086 140 40 40 to request for settlement letters. i recieved the settlement letters and i settled the accounts on the 11 march 2013. i confirmed, that the accounts had been settled. On the 25 march 2013 fnb debited me for the two loans. i went to the constantia kloof branch, and the consultant explained that it was an error and the funds will be credited to my account with 48 hors. 3 days later no funds. i went back to the branch the consultant explained that i will recieve a credit in 3 days and that the loans department made a mistake. 3 days later, no funds, i went to the bank, spoke to the branh manager, he was not helpfull, he told me to sit and wait for a consultant. the consultant told the money will be in shortly. guess what no money.
i would like FNB to explain, what is going on. and fnb wronfully debited me, put me in a unpleasant situation. is fnb going to compensate me for my trips to the bank. taking off my time. also not being able to fufil my financial comittments. please help me FNB (HOW CAN WE HELP YOU)
