Debit Order Reversal

After paying my Homeloan account with more than minimum required instalment.
on the 4th/October/2013 I have paid R15000.00 in to my Standard Bank bond account and later on an amount of R5500.00 was debited from my account which I had to pay R20500.00 same month.
I have called their call centre which is so inefficient giving me diffrent reference number every time I calls.
I spoke to Mr. Nhlanhla promised me heaven and earth. 7 days passed no money was paid in to my account, I then called again called to complain this time I spoke to their Team Leader Mr. Clifford Lukhule who asked me to send a proof in the form of bank statement, I did and 2 days later money was paid BUT IN TO A DIFFERENT BANK ACCOUNT (CAPITEC BANK) not FNB where the money was drawn. within 10 minutes same money was re-debited by standard bank home loan because they actioned NAEDO tracking system against my capitec account. I called again they apologized for the mistake and I was requested to resend another proof of payment from the bank, I had to leave my job on Friday rushing to send the statemnt before 12H00 since I knew I was going to use the money on Sartuday thet 19th/Ocotber/2013. Danisile never paid-WHY??
