Ignoring my request to close the account

On the 25 Nov 2013 I paid off my credit car in order to have it closed. When I called in they told i don't have to close the account, FNB will carry the cost (Interest) for the next 6 month.i was never update on the out come.
I called back after about 5 days, I was told the consultant that worked with my request was on lunch and the will get her to call me. They never called me back. I received a statement on 11 Dec 2013 and the bank charged me interest, I sent through a mail to FNB with my complaint and i have not received a response.on the 12 Dec 2013 i called in and requested again for my account to be closed. I asked for the supervisor I was told he was not in his office.two hours later i called and he was still not in his office. I then asked for him to give me a call so that the issue could be resolved... well guess what? i'm still waiting for that call till now.on the 13 dec 2013 I tried to call in again but i was on hold for more than 15minutes and till now i still can't get through.
