Standard Bank so devious, give me back my money

On the 9/01 I went to the SB Durban North requesting for statements from Dec 2011 to Feb 2012, ie: for 4 months, I spoke to a consultant who said that he needs to request it from the archives, It will cost R20 a page, so I asked how much will it cost and how long does it take, he said it take about 2 working days the cost will only be costed when I pickup the statements, and he is not too sure how much it will cost, Later on that day about 2 hours later, I received a sms stating that my statements are ready for collection at the branch, that same evening I noticed that a sum of R700 was missing from my account, I went home and logged into my internet banking and found out that SB had taken R700 of my account without my authorization, the next day I went to the SB and told them that I donot want the statements and requested for a reversal of the R700, it was that SB had taken R700 from account without my authorization, I spoke to the so called manager Debbie who affirmed me that the reversal will be done about 2 days, Its now 3 days, Debbie called me today, she needs to speak to the consultant, after a heated argument she then said she will do the reversal. still waiting.
