MONEY DEDUCTED UNLWAFULLY

I have a loan account with FNB.My firdt deduction was supposed to go of on 27/08/2013 as per contractual agreement. This morning, 30/07/13, money was deducted from my account, and thereafter, I received an sms saying money was deducted because my account was in arrears. I went into the branch at Witbank President str. The consultant connected me with the collections department, I spoke to a lady by the name of Ntokozo, she wasn't helpful at all, her attitude was bad in such a way that she would blatantly ignore me by keeping quiet when I spoke to her, and she was clueless, she didn't have answers to a lot of my questions. She told me my money wasn't yet allocated, thus it will not be reversed today, she wasn't even sure of the turn around time. I phoned again from my cellphone, I spoke to a lady called Chichi, she told me since it was a voice contract, I will have to phone the admin department, get the contract, and fax it to her so that she can escalate the matter for my funds to be reversed. I phoned the admin, requesting faxes and e-mails, none of which came through.

Money was deducted, and no one goes out of their way to assist me. I spent over R100 on calls, and still no assistance. BAD!!!
