Disgusting Service from Standard Bank Home Loans

On the 26/12/2012, we applied for a further advance on the current home loan for (x) amount. On the 27/12/2012 from Standard Bank Branch (Centurion Mall), and faxed 33 odd pages through to the home loans department 0861111143, I recieved a Communication result report indicating that all the pages had gone through.
04/01/2013 spoke to a call center agent, and Mandla Tshabala, he informed me that they had not received any documentation.
Standard bank Centurion Lifestyles and re-faxed 33 pages, I called the call center again and Spoke to Bongani who confirmed that the documents were received, I was also told that an assessor would contact me in 7 to 10 working days.
10 Jan 2013 and spoke to Bonita who handed me over to Kabelo who requested more documents to be faxed. This was done and again it was not received, however the call center agent Gillian Alexander asked me to email her the requested documents, this was done. When I called in she told me it would take 2/3 working days and Standard Bank will call me!
called today spoke to Nomsafedi and to Danie Vogel, no one from Standard Bank seems to care about my home loan or my request for further funds. I am disgusted!!!
