I resigned from a company in December 2012. My withdrawal documents were sent to Liberty Life Provident Fund on 19 January 2013. I have been following up with them and received no satisfactory response.
I have sent a mail to Elna Lombard, Manager: Group Customer Relation and she responded saying that the matter has been escalated and I would have feedback within 24hrs. Now, 48 hrs later I am still waiting. I don't want Liberty's apologies and excuses - I want my money that is due to me.
