Below is the email I sent to Liberty [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] starting on the 5th of June! I was eventually told on the 26th of June that I would have feedback in 48 hours. It has now been 96 hours.
"Good Day
After two months, Liberty has changed by cover on policy 5xxxxxx.
I am unhappy with the service offered by Liberty regarding this policy.
I have been in contact with Liberty since the 25th of March regarding changes to this policy.
I completed the forms that were sent to me by Mrs Naidoo on the 3rd of April but I was not informed to send the documents to [Email Removed] so I sent them to [Email Removed]
I was then told repeatedly my Liberty staff that the documents were at the underwriters, when in fact, the documents were never received!
This is because of Liberty's below par IT structure yet I have had to pay higher premiums for cover I did not want and requested to be changed.
I would like the difference in premiums for the previous two months to be reimbursed.
This amount comes to R1009.70, that being 2 x (R730.70 - R225.85).
Your prompt response would be appreciated."
