Documents required - bad Service

On the 4th July 2013 I went to SARS to file for my returns and and after a day I got a call from SARS requesting supporting documents for the pension money that I transfered from Liberty to OM. I approached Liberty and they told me I'll only get it on Monday 15 July 2013 and they'll submit it directly to SARS.

After two (2) days I made a follow up with Liberty (Braamfontein) and did not get any response. I made another follow up again with Liberty just to confirm it they did keep their promise only to find that I don't get any resposnse again then assumed that the documents I required from them they (Liberty) has submitted.

This week I got a communique from SARS informing me that after all this days Liberty hasn't submitted the documents required and now I have to go personally again to request the docx. I had a problem with Liberty in transfering my money last year September and again now I have challenges in acquiring supporting documents. Worse part when you go to their offices in braamfontein the consultants don't wanna see you just talk to you from the reception's phone. They treat people like animals and not professionally.
