Is this a Hoax? Liberty Life contacted my wife through ICTS Tracing, had her complete all the forms neccesary for the "payout" of her unclaimed pension surplus, had her take TIME to go with me to have my bank account converted to a joint account, after numerous times sending the documents to them that it IS IN FACT A JOINT account, with all the proof thereof... this was last year October.
Up date no payment, no feedback ect..I mean, what more do they want than the form from my bank showing the joint account detail?
And I was still considering using them for a change of medical aid?
Forget it... I won't if that's they way they conduct business...
