COMPLAINT CONCERNING PAYMENT FROM LIBERTY INSURANC

On the 30 January 2012 my husband MK Maseko, ID number 520220 5847 082 passed away after a short illness. He passed on while he was still employed by Dezzo Holdings. I therefore requested my lawyer to start the necessary claims because I knew that Dezzo was insured with Liberty insurance.
I sent all the necessary documents that they requested, like his and my ID books, marriage certificate, death certificate. From then it would take months before Liberty responded, asking for an affidavit to prove that I am his wife, I had to ask for time off from work to drive to the police station to do that affidavit and sent it. After other months they called and asked for another affidavit to prove that I am employed, I had to ask time off again from work again to send them that affidavit.
By this time any normal person would have had enough because all the information Liberty kept on asking from me had already been sent to them. I could not understand how Liberty works considering that I always thought that Liberty is a big reputable company, it was obvious that I was mistaken.
