This vehicle was written off in an accident and the amount of R9800.00 was paid back to me on 22/05/2013 when the claim was finalize
The instruction from me, as the responsible person for the monthly premium, was to cancell this policy immediately. This request was not done and since 29/06/2013 an amount of R80.54 was taken from my bank account monthly. This, I was told at my first enquiry, is for life cover if he dies in a car accident.
The Miway office had been called every month to enquire about this and every month I was told that my son needs to cancell this policy. Each month I am told that someone from Miway office will call him to get the deduction cancelled and each following month the amount appears on my bank again. Currently an amount of R483.24 had been deducted from me since June 2013.
I have really reached the end of my patience with Mi Way and I will never, but never advise anyone to join them as Insurers.
