HOW CAN WE KILL YOU

Three times in bank, three deductions in three months. (Without permission) Fnb personal loans say that i have took out a personal loan on 2004. I don't even know about it, ask person that phone me to send me a copy on black and white of the contract that i've signed, he said it is going to take to long, send complaints to hello peter already, fnb send back (investigating) how long does that take two years, four years, six years and i sit without my money, what happened to customer relationships all that count is your money. I need somebody to help me or i have to go the newspapers as well. If they proof it i will be prepared to arranged a payment, i can not remember that i had a personal loan in 2004, that it is almost ten years ago. They nearly took R 5000.00 deductions already that it is without permission. What stand me know to do, must i changed banks or must i approached my laywers. I dont get proper respondse back. I want that money back in my account until i've seen the proof of my personal loan.
