Fri. 13.12.13 I phoned in response to sms rcd. informing me that my Easy Plan D/O will run on 13.12.13. This is not according to my arrangements and when I spoke to the person she informed me that "some people" receives their salaries this month early due to holidays etc. I specifically told her that I am not "some people" and that my salary date remains constant @ 20th of each month. She assured me that my d/o will not go off on 13.12 but on 20.12 and that they will send an e-mail confirmation. This was not received up to now and the d/o was presented resulting in non-payment - This is now reflecting on my Absa Bank account as a returned item as well as at FNB that my instalment was not paid. I am extremely unhappy and expect
the following: - Absa be advised that it was mistake by FNB. my acct status @ Absa must be rectified to delete the R/D item and my payment record at FNB also be corrected. I want confirmation of this in writing
