Do Not Loan Money From Nedbank

Dear Nedbank

For the past -18 months I have tried to organise to have a loan paid back to you in advance. Having signed up with Nedbank a couple of years ago due to the excellent, personal service, my girl friend received I decided to give your bank a go. Ever since I took out a loan with Nedbank about 2 years ago I have been met with the opposite type of service for which I signed up with Nedbank... in trying to organise a loan situation, and pay back the loan sooner than contractually stipulated, I am constantly directed to your call centre as opposed to being given assistance at a bank, by a physical person.

As mentioned previously, I signed up with a person, and I would like to work WITH Nedbank (i.e. a physical person) when wanting answers to my questions. I've subsequently closed all other accounts with your bank, and moved back to Steve's biggest competition because they have assisted me for the past 22 years with above-average, personal service.

I would like to sort this out, and if it means coming to Hello Peter to get some proper assistance, then so be it. I look forward to the chance to see Nedbank redeem itself.
