Debiting my account early

I have had enough of this now. Every month you guys debit off your fees and my loans to early I signed debit orders and you just take my moneyvas tou pleas before the dates I think it's time to move banks I have called devitions and reported it and been told it won't happen again re changed debit orders but no you carry on as you please.
