I have been a client of FNB Bank for 24 Years and wanted to continue my Studies. Applied for a personal loan electronically. I have taken out Temporary loan more than 3 Times and was given only R6000 for a personal loan to continue my studies What is up with that??? I don't only want to complain when I did apply for the loan on FNB site I did not have enough time to complete the process, Joey from Client services called me and assisted me as best as she could. Thank you for that Joey. However I am very disappointed in FNB in the way they have thanked for me being a loyal and good customer for 24 Years and only give me R6000 to do my studies.
My parents and Grand parents have been customers of FNB since I can remember and not once have they complained about the service, so therefore I am more disappointed in my bank.
Don't bother calling me - I am not interested.
