Excellent Service from Shaune'

13/12/2013, I went to absa in midrand, heavly pregnant, I spoke to this other lady asking her what was the process of settling a loan, She showed Me 2 very long lines that I had to queue on, 1 for settlement letter and another one at the tellers. since at other banks/shops i go to, they always assist us without a queueing, I went to Shaune' and asked her the same Question, she asked Me to sit down and went to get Me a settlement letter and told Me to go to the pansioners queue where there was only 1 person there, when I went to her, she was assisting another clients in a very good attidute and willing to help. I was very touched by her service and after settling my loan I went to look for her so that I could get her name. I always go to absa in midrand and I also queue until i feel like I can faint, not even 1 person b4 felt to assist. I just want to say excellent service to Shaune', cos she was not only assisting Me, she was helping a lot of people and every1 was assisted in an excellent way. keep the good work you r doing Shaune', if only absa midrand could get more of Shaune's, it could grow more than it is at this point. thank You Shaune'
