This afternoon at about 15;00 I had the unfortunate experience of trying to do banking at Absa at The Glen in Oakdene Johannesburg. There were at least twelve people in the queue at Client Services with only two Absa employees servicing the queue although this branch has the resources for more customer service consultants to be assisting. After standing in that queue for more than 20 frustrating minutes when the queue did not move at all I left the bank without completing my business.
I have just read on the Hello Peter website that Action line does nothing about complaints. I sincerely hope this is not the case.
