Lack of efficiency or help is overwhelming

Bought flight tickets, an amount for them was reserved on my account. Later the merchant was paid not using that reserved amount. This amount is still reserved even though my statement shows that the payment has been made. I have wasted airtime, petrol going to the bank and TIME. It's over a week and the R4246 is still reserved. Basically FNB is refusing with my money. I don't want to talk to another consultant, I need a manager to call me and I need to be compensated for the wasted airtime. I must definitely not get charged for my account going on a negative because of this either!!! I've gone from frustrated to angry
