Im utterly disguisted with ABSA bad attitude. I paid off my loan in Pietermaritzburg-Longmarket Street ABSA and a person responsible was Nokuthula Zungu, when i requested a settlement letter as a proof that I paid my loan in December she said the recoveries have not sent a letter, I went back the following week still no letter up to the day I went back to Pretoria where I work. I went to Hatfield (Boitumelo Mohlaba) to my suprise i did not receive a letter becasue they said i must get it from where i paid. The lady assisted me she went all out trying to find a lettter and ABSA recoveries said its in Pietermaritzburg with Zungu and they cannot send to either myself or Boitumelo. She Boitumelo called ABSA Pietermaritzburg and the Zungu lady was on leave and i eneded up not getting a letter as a prrof that i paid off my loan. Im changing my bank as Im getting paid to ABSA, this bank think its the ONLY bank in South Africa. I need a letter or I will take this further and im not going to the bank again i need ABSA to email this letter to me. NO STORIES PLEASE...
