Paid Up Letter Cant Be sent or Emailed

What financial institute has a callcentre full of people offering you loans and settlement letter but doesnt have a department that sends you paid up letter.

I settle my PL last month and wanted to buy a car. I was told that i am still owing ABSA. Itold them that i settled the acount and they requested a paid-up letter that no one at absa can sent to me.

This is not on ABSA.
