Updating of account

Good day,

I need assistance from ABSA, I settled my ABSA Loan with ABSA last year June, only to find out this year that a judgement has been put against my name on the credit Bureau.

I have even sent through the settlement letter to the various email addresses given to me by ABSA, and have even been to the ABSA branches with no assistance and progress.

I am being sent from " pillar to post" and would really appreciate some feedback from ABSA.
