Hi, I called (ABSA Nimblecs) spoke to manager Sonwabo (012) 0030230 yesterday as I received a sms from them for my loan acct that is in arrears I did explain to them that I lost my job last year and would like to find out the settlement on my 2 absa loans as I would like to pay off my ABSA loans with my pension money if I can, they said no they can not help me I need to go to ANY ABSA branch and explain my situation and take my letter from work with, I did go to a branch this morning but they said no they can not help me I did phone Nimblecs again now they said I should pay the 2 month arrears on my acct 1st before they can give me a settlement! Please I want to see if I can settle my 2 loan acct with ABSA, I did put myself under debt review in Dec as I do not have a job, but want to pay ABSA off if I can, but it seems like ABSA does not want me to pay them back??
