We have been trying to get responds from this department since the 3rd of December 2013. The settlement amounts that they gave to our dept councilor is way more than the amounts it should be as per the payment schedule from our dept councilor. Our dept councilor have made a number of attempts to contact the department and then they just tell him he will have to wait for the statements for the accounts. Can someone please contact me. The whole idea, as I understand it, with dept review is to reach this point where you are rehabilitated. Reaching that point know it seems as if you where a number and are not as an important customer. THE BEST PART IS, I WANT TO GIVE YOU MONEY.
