I am on debt review with a valid court order from 2009. I never skipped a payment and every year I review my account and pay more for my debt. The only creditor with a issue is Wesbank. They get most of the money from my debt review councilor and it has been 4 times now that wesbank has handed us over to an attorney to retrieve the car. Every time we need to contact our debt councilor and then they need to get a lawyer to help us. Mean while we have never missed a payment from 2009 and we have a court order to help us to pay of our debt.
