I reported on my debit card on the 24/08/2013 and was given a reference number and was told that i would be contacted by a consultant from the dept. have not received a call yet and it is 30 working days.
I have tried calling many times in between but all i listen to on the phone is that my call is important and all consultants are busy.
I have now run out of patience and need my money back.
