No Idea of accounts

I keep on getting calll and sms from accounts dept of my account beiing in arrears after making payments every month .after confirming with the worcester branch where i do my payment they promise me it reflecks on there system yet the Headoffice accounts dept cant see any payment and this now going on since january 2013 .All I wants is for them to sort out their own MESS
