POOR SERVICE AT ABSA WANTING TO PAY YOUR DEPT

I have been under dept review for /- the last 5 years. ABSA have been takeing me off dept review for not reason at all and cannot provide me with a reason. Then we must first struggle to get my account back under dept review and now I've been struggling to get the correct settlement balances from ABSA DEPT REVIEW DEPARTMENT FROM DECEMBER UP TO DATE. They gave me a settlement amount but it is 2x more then the amount my dept councelour have. NOW I ASK HOW ARE THIS POSSIBLE? I laid complaints NO JOY. My dept councelour had to drive to ABSA to ask them to do a recalculation of my interest on my dept, this now are ALMOST one month later and STILL NOT ANSWER, how dificult can it be do do a calculation. I send a e-mail to the person that the dept councelour went to but MAY NOT do that because she may not deal with costomers. The team leader that I spoke to just dont reply to any mails or phone calls. I MEAN I WANT TO SETTLE MY ACCOUNT. I PAID EVERY MONTH AND NOW THIS IS THE SERVICE I GET.
