Ridiculous!! Shocking amout of passing the buck!!?

Having been sent around various departments and "management" at your bank for two weeks, I feel it is time to escalate my situation to the next level, hoping I'll get some help. Your Collections dept. phoned and claimed that my bond is in arrears, statements showed R89878.64 in arrears. Now, according to our records all accounts were settled on 15/04/2003 with a payment of R126679.17 to Standard Bank from Liberty Life. I was informed by Rita that my insurance is in arrears and that I should phone the insurance dept. which I did. The insurance Dept. informed me that the insurance is indeed paid up to date, telling Rita this asking her to send me documentation from 2003 until 2013 to be able to see what the is going on I was told that all documentation only gets archived for 5 years. So the bond was paid in full but the insurance kept on running for 10 years All I want to know is how it is possible to give credit for 10 years WITHOUT ANY notifications whatsoever!? I was told by Rita to phone the collections dept. and make an arrangement because we do owe the money and that's that. I Need Proper Assistance please.
