Cant Give Notice on Just Save Account Online

On the 6/12 I gave notice on my Just Save Account online for R500. I put the disposal date for the 9/12. On the 9th there was no funds in my account. The online notice did not work. I tried again on the 9/12 and dated it for the 11/12. Again no funds in my account. I called the call centre. They advised that there are no issues on my account. I then tried again on the 11/12 & dated it for the 13/12 and yet again no funds in my account. I have to go into the bank to withdraw from my account. Can someone please advise what the freaking issue is. It is very inconvenient having to stand in long queue's at the bank when I have an option to do this online & IT DOES NOT WORK. AND IT WAS WORKING PERFECTLY BEFORE. PLEASE SORT THIS ISSUE OUT OR I'LL CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS @ NEDBANK.
