UNWILLING TO UNDERSTAND

Placed an order online, went off sick came back to work to note 2 emails cancelling my order as my bank held the funds. I phone Nedbank in anger to find out the reason for holding my funds. Nedbank advised that they did not hold the funds there is MORE than sufficient. They see the same day the voucher came through from City slicker it was paid out and the funds are in their account. NOW the bank says they can only fax proof during a month as it is not closed off, as emailing is only when month is closed. I then phone through to Cityslicker who IS SO I DONT CARE ATTITUDE, i advise them i cannot send proof as i dont have a fax but they have the money please to confirm and check on their side in their bank account. GUESS WHAT they tell me i must sort it out they cant help!!! So i say so what you saying is i must cancel the order and refund from Nedbank??? They say well if you want... SERIOUSLY??? I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN... LESSON LEARNT!!!
