Not processing my withdrawl from my savings

I gave notice on 20th of January to withdraw funds from my 32 day notice account. To date my money has still not been transfered with the result I could not meet certain payments, We have called many times but continue to get the run around and keep on getting transfered to others, having to listen to music and holding causes a large cost on phone bills, I was then advised to come into the bank, So now I have to take time off from work to go to the bank to sort out your mess. I also made a withdrawl at a ATM and the money was not given yet the funds has been deducted from my account, again i reported the matter and they were'nt very helpfull. ITS EASY TO PUT MONEY IN, DIFFICULT TO GET IT OUT, PLEASE EMAIL ME OR CALL ME BETWEEN 12-1pm TO RESOLVE THIS, or I will have no choice but to rather save my money with another bank. thank you - Nooreen Lala, [Email Removed] 0761555108
