FNB 32 Notice account

I placed notice online of 32 Notice account (following all the online steps), more than 32days money no money available!
I phoned them and ask them, transferred me and said no notice was placed, sorry that's it.

FNB Online banking is very unreliable! and there online staff cant give any further assistance by checking the I.T department, surely they can track all you're online activity's? Or if something go's wrong online its you're problem?
