No funds transferred

Called the above yesterday at about 8.30 am to place 24 hour notice on my investment account for R2000.
Funds should be in today but are not. Called Nedbank but they did not sort out the problem or explain why. This is the second time they have not followed my instructions and messed up a notice on my investment. Shocking and inconvenient service and they don't call you back if they say they will. So where is my money?
