The printer on my one card machine stopped working on Friday 24 January 2014. I was unable to bank the batch for the day. There was over R 8000.00 on that machine that needed to be banked. One of your technicians came to repair the printer but did not print the batch report before leaving my store and according to your merchant services department that R 8000.00 is now lost in the ether of space. How can you tell me that I will need to accept an R 8000.00 loss because of this? I need this matter to be resolved asap!!
