We change operating accounts to FNB recently and were expecting a smooth transition, yet is has been a living since trying to deal with FNB and in particular their merchant services. Our correspondent Margaret Serra, has failed us on so many levels, it is ridiculous how anyone can be expect their new customers to go through this much incompetence. Think twice before attempting this move, especially when its to FNB.
