As a Fnb merchant one does not expect the kind of service that we are getting from fnb. We waited 5 days for a technician to come out and then guess what he replaced it with another faulty machine, and now its been another 5 days, as im typing this email im still waiting, please tell me what does one need to do to get service from fnb and what does one do to deserve this kind of service, fnb is not a bank of loyalty but just the opposite.
We are a franchise and i will do my best to make sure the rest of our 62 stores get the message about fnb Merchant services, just do your self a favour and close that department as service delivery doesnt exist.what happend to steve that cares, what about our and your customers that you turning the finger to.
