First National Bank

On 5 Jan '13 I realised funds were taken from my account and reported it immediately (8996178). I was provided with forms which i completed and returned with proof that card was destroyed on 10/01/13. Dep contacted me on 16/01/13 stating that someone tried to withdraw funds from my acc. Once again I had to sent the forms previously completed and proof that the card was destroyed. I was promised that this will be sorted within 21 days from reporting. I've followed up but don't get any feedback. The amount involved is R3, 600. Not a nice start to a year :-( with colledge fees, etc to be paid. It is not that everybody is in a position to afford being out of pocket for such a lengthy time.
