Dodgy FNB ATM

I went to the FNB ATM in Strubensvalley Spar yesterday aftternoon to draw money from my FNB Account. I proceeded with the request on the ATM and right before the ATM was suppose to release the funds to me, the ATM screen showed an error that the machine is out of order, the slip that the ATM provided showed that the transaction could not be completed. I went to another ATM to attempt to draw the amount that i could not draw from the ATM, however i could not as i did not have any funds in my account anymore, the mini statements showed that the amount was deducted from my account. I contacted FNB who confirmed that they can not see the transaction on the account history, however this amount is off my account??? Why did FNB deduct the amount of my account when the ATM did not give the funds, why is there a problem with the FNB ATM? This needs to be sorted ASAP and the funds need to be returned into my account!!!
