Poor Service and incompetend

The 18 of June I closed the accounts of my 3 children. I waited 2 hours before I could see an Consultant. FNB after all the forms completed told me they need a proof of residence. Elna wrote the e mail adress down for me and I send it through the same day. They inform me after 32 days the money would be transferred into my account. 32 days came and past and no money. I went to the bank. "Tholofela" told me she will look for the forms in her desk draw. I told her I forwarded the water and light statement and the forms was supposed to be channelled and funds paid out. Not tobe kept in your draw.
They said I cannot get the funds because I did not send them the proof of residence. Well they made me complete the whole process of completeing the forms that they got lost. I forwarded them the proof of the e mail I send on 18th. They said I must pay R 250 per account. I said it is unacceptable. It was their mistake!
I feel mistreated, my character was abused because they claim that I was a regarding e mail not send and insuniate that I did not complete the formson the 18th June. The consultants of this branch is really inncompetend! FNB WILL loose customers on a big scale.
