Hi all my name is moses kunene id 8008315174081, i'm currently banking with fnb and had good service for all this years. there was some acctivities on my account on the 02/02/2013 till 05/02/2013, i picked it up in the morning via email notifications that there were purchases made on my account for the value of R3306.36 and a withdrawal of R500. The matter was reported to the card department where they blocked my card and transfered me to the department, i did a telephone interview with the consultant and was assured that the matter will be sorted within two days and i should go to the branch and sign off the forms. i went to the branch in dobsonville only to be told that the funds are still hanging and they would be cleared after two days which indicates that the consultant didn't follow the correct procedure. i came back after two days and spoke to the supervisor, who gladly assisted me with the forms and assured that ill get a response in two days. till today i'm still waiting for the funds to be reversed and we are going for the fourth week now with no feedback. this is really annoying and inconveniencing my life style, when i inquire they tell me stories
