I have on the 25 May went to The Glen, Jane Maime, with a "I do not care attitude" assisted me, I requested that my above account be reactived, however on Saturday, 08 June when I went to withdraw available funds (R1600.00) from the above account, the activation was not done, after I have wasted my time going there and completing forms, on Saturday, a youngpetite lady, Tsonga speaking (around 12H300-13H00) assisted me, and promised the transfer request will be done on my behalf, I completed the transfer form, and she promised to call me, to date, no monies have been trasnferred to my Credit Card, as for the same incompetencies of Absa Oakdene staff, that led me to close my Cheque account, and no one has called me, meaning I have to make 3rd trip to Absa, The Glen and enquire about the same matter. Digusted and glad I took my banking somewhere else. I hope that even the 32 Days account that I closed on the same day, and was promised the funds will be transferred to my credit card in 20 working days, that it will be done.
