One year ago the company I worked for liquidated. Liberty Life had a meeting with us and let us fill in forms for the withdrawal of liquidated funds. Last week ALL the people I worked with received their money, EXCEPT me!!
I phoned them and they indicated that I was on the system but that no forms were completed for me. So where did the forms went that I completed with the other employees ONE YEAR ago??? I however completed all the necessary form again and e-mailed it to the on 3 July 2013. No response!!
I again sent the mail on 8 July with no response AGAIN. I called on 9 July and according to them nothing was receive but that they will follow up the mail. Two day later and no response or feedback as PROMISED!!!
I want URGENT feedback in this regard since I am really getting tired of this BAD service... :(
