Interests charged on closed account

I have settled my RCS account in January 2013 and submitted cancellation letter on the 24th January 2013. On February my bank account was debited by RCS for an amount of R6.92 and R 10.99 in March. In February I called RCS and I was told that there was a mistake on my account and I should submit ma copy of my ID for my money to be refunded. I refused as I already cost me money more money to call let alone fax documents that would cost much more. After I realised that there was another debit mid-March and I called RCS again but I was told to send copies again and I refused. What irritates me most is that the account is settled and I sent RCS the very same documentation which they need when I made my application. I was told by the lady who helped me that they will get back to me, but even now I have not received any correspondence from RCS. I believe RCS needs to fix their mistakes to build good relations with their clients of which I think I will never be one of them anymore. I hope my money will be refunded and my account will be closed permanently.
