I booked an airline ticket for my mum on the 15 December 2013.
Mango erroneously charged me 4 times for one ticket.
I called them within 3 days to notify them of the multiple charges to my account.
I called them and called them and kept calling them, they said IT will look into the error which they eventually did.
Finally after about 7 calls I was told on the 3rd of January 2014 that I will recieve my money within 7 to 14 working days, the 14th working day was the 23rd January 2014 (last Thursday).
I did't recieve my money so called again and I was told accounts were busy processing my account so I will recieve my money by Saturday. Still nothing!!!
So Monday I call again and accounts were still busy processing my refund!!!
They said I'll recieve my money by early this morning latest. Still Nothing!!!
I don't know what more to do!!!
Pathetic!!!
I will never use Mango again.
Still waiting for MY money that they have because of their fault!!!
