Money deducted from my account

I was unemployed and consequently owed autopage R3800. I found employment in August 2012 and made arrangements with Autopage to deduct R1500 out of my account over 3 months. They deducted R1500 off my account in Oct, Nov and Dec. They deducted this R1500 also in January. I then phoned on monday 28 January. I spoke to Fayiaz in their legal department who submitted an application for a refund on my behalf and I inidicated that this was urgent as this was money for my house rental. I phoned Fayiaz on wednesday who told me that the refund had been approved and that the money would be in my account in a few days. I phoned again on friday 01 February to follow up, Fayiaz again told me that the money would be in my account by 15H00 on friday. This did not happen and I phoned again on monday and Fayiaz told me that he would phone me before the end of the day. I received a call on tuesday to tell me that the money would be in my acc then later told that refund had been declined. I spoke to two supervisors (J Chana and Collin) in their legal department who were very rude and dismissive. After speaking to them for more than 1 hour it is still not clear why they are refusing to refund me the R1500
