Stalling to issue pension payout

I have been making numerous follow ups because my child passed away and they keep sending me back and forth and telling me that my deposit has been rejected and they do not know why. my child is lying at the mortuary and still no pay out. i have sent all my required documents but still nothing has been done. and the callcenter agents are very rude.
