i am tired of alexander forbes giving me excuses about the delay in my pension payout, i was initially told i will receive my funds within 4-6 weeks, which never happened... i called a thousand times requesting feedback and all i was i told is that they have attempted payment however it was returned by my bank. i think this is utter nonesense, if this was a fault with my bank then ALL payments would be returned.
i have faxed through my bank statement which they received, after 3 days i requested feedback and was asked to fax through my ID, THERE IS STILL AN ISSUE WITH PAYMENT.
i will not recommend alexander forbes to anyone as they will DEFINATELY experience issues when it comes to payout.
managers are never available to assist so that says something.. i am yet to receive a call...
